I would like to share a little about how life has changed since our weekend on the mountain.
Three years ago, my world fell apart. Through an
unwanted divorce, I lost my home, my business, my family and almost my hope. Bitterness was my best friend IN SPITE OF my knowing Christ's love and comfort. While I felt I had dealt with most of
those issues, it wasn't until our weekend that I was finally able to LET GO! Once I realized (through the Holy Spirit) that I participated in the demise of my dreams through denial and self-sabotage, I was
able to see that the solution was NOT in my hands.
Since our weekend, the anger and judgement I felt toward my ex-wife has been replaced by respect and admiration for her as both the mother of my
children and as the woman I married. The first day (actually, that evening) someone in the building said "You look different". It hit me right THEN, "I AM different!" RUAH!
The love shown and shared in that weekend has touched me profoundly. May God bless you and protect you throughout your Fourth Day. God bless you brothers.
